TickerShare is a product of Nex Automations ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of TickerShare (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What TickerShare is
TickerShare is infrastructure software. It receives alerts you configure in third-party tools such as TradingView, renders visual signal cards from the alert data and delivers them to Telegram through a bot you provide. We are a delivery tool, the same category as workflow automation software. We are not a signal provider, broker, exchange, adviser or source of financial advice.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing delivered through the Service is financial, investment or trading advice from us. The content of every alert originates from you, the user. You are solely responsible for the signals, messages and data you send and for how your subscribers use them.
3. Your regulatory responsibility
If you use the Service to distribute investment advice or recommendations that are regulated where you or your subscribers are located, you must independently hold all required registrations and licenses in the applicable jurisdictions. We do not, and cannot, provide that authorization. You are solely responsible for your own regulatory compliance in every market you operate in.
4. Your account and your bot
You bring your own Telegram bot token and you are responsible for keeping it, your webhook URLs and your Telegram channels secure and compliant with Telegram's terms. Treat webhook URLs like passwords: anyone who has one can post to your channel. We store bot tokens encrypted at rest and never display them again. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity on your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, to spam people who did not choose to receive your messages, to impersonate others or to violate any third-party platform's terms (including TradingView and Telegram). You may not probe, overload or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
6. Plans, quotas and billing
Plans include a monthly alert volume and feature limits shown at purchase. Alerts over the limit are held in a bounded queue rather than delivered and you decide whether to release or delete them. We may apply fair-use limits to protect service quality for all customers. When paid plans are active, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refunded.
7. Availability and "as is"
We work to keep the Service reliable and it includes safeguards such as automatic text fallback when a card cannot be rendered. The Service is still provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, and delivery depends on third parties (Telegram, your bot, network conditions) outside our control. We may add, change or remove features and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, missed alerts or decisions made based on content delivered through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nex Automations is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you the right to another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
