Pricing questions
- What is a card alert, or visual alert?
- A card alert, also called a visual alert, is a custom branded image alert: your alert's symbol, prices and channel branding drawn as a designed image card and posted to your Telegram channel. A text-only alert sends the same alert as formatted text.
- What is a credit on TickerShare?
- A credit is what an alert costs. 1 credit sends 1 card alert or 5 text-only alerts, mixed however you like: on Free, 30 credits can send 20 card alerts and 50 text-only alerts.
- How many alerts does each plan include?
- Free (free): 30 credits a month, up to 30 card alerts or 150 text-only alerts. Trader ($19 a month): 1,000 credits a month, up to 1,000 card alerts or 5,000 text-only alerts. Provider ($49 a month): 5,000 credits a month, up to 5,000 card alerts or 25,000 text-only alerts. Need more than Provider? Ask for a Custom quote on the contact page.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- New alerts are held in your dashboard, not dropped. You choose which held alerts to send once you have credits again, after the monthly reset or an upgrade. Nothing is sent late without your say.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle, and the dashboard shows how many are left and when they reset.
