TickerShare is a product of Nex Automations ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use TickerShare and what we do with it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email and name from sign-up.
- Configuration: your webhooks, chosen card designs, plan and settings.
- Telegram bot tokens: stored encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), never shown again and never exposed to the browser.
- Alert data: the fields inside the alerts you send (symbol, price, targets, notes). This is data you generate.
- Delivery logs: status, timestamps, delivery type and processing time for each alert, kept for audit and debugging.
- Analytics: only if you accept the analytics cookie. Declining it keeps analytics off entirely.
2. What we do NOT keep: logs, not archives
We keep delivery logs, not your images. Generated cards are hosted by Telegram after delivery and we do not archive the card images on our side. We do not sell your data and we do not use your alert content for anything other than delivering and logging it.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver your alerts to your Telegram channel through your bot.
- To show you delivery history and usage in your dashboard.
- To operate, secure, debug and improve the Service.
- To process payments through our payment provider and enforce plan limits when paid plans are active.
4. Where your data lives
Your data is stored and processed with established cloud infrastructure providers and may be processed in any region where those providers operate to deliver the Service.
5. Third parties we share with (only as needed to run the Service)
- Telegram: to deliver your cards and messages through your own bot.
- Cloud infrastructure providers: database, authentication and hosting for the dashboard and delivery engines.
- Payment processor: when paid plans are active, payments are handled by a dedicated payment processor. We do not store card numbers.
- Analytics provider: only after you opt in via the cookie banner.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account and data at any time from Settings. Account deletion is immediate and permanent: it erases your profile, webhooks, bots, destinations, delivery history and uploaded logos (right to erasure). Whatever privacy law applies where you live (for example the GDPR), we honor the rights it gives you. For any request, contact us through tickershare.com.
7. Security
Bot tokens are encrypted at rest and access is restricted by row-level security so users can only see their own data. Webhook URLs are long random tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
8. Data retention
Delivery logs and account data are kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account. Held alerts you never release are evicted automatically from their bounded queue.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
