TickerShare is a product of Nex Automations ("we", "us"). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid TickerShare subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, until you cancel.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee (new subscriptions)
If a paid plan is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on that subscription and we will refund that first charge in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to the first payment that starts a subscription.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings, Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep full access until then. There is no cancellation fee.
4. Renewals and part-used periods
Outside the 7-day window in section 2, a payment for a billing period that has already started is not refunded, including the unused part of a month or year after you cancel. You keep full access for the remainder of that period. Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right, that law applies.
5. Custom card design service
Our optional done-for-you card design service, available on higher plans, is bespoke work. Fees for it are refundable only before we begin the design. Once design work has started the fee is non-refundable, because the work is made specifically for you.
6. Alert delivery and service credits
Alert delivery depends on third parties such as Telegram and your own bot. When an individual alert fails on our side, its quota is automatically returned to your account, so a failed alert does not cost you an alert from your plan. This is an account credit, not a cash refund. If you experience a genuine, sustained service outage, contact support and we will make it right, which may include additional credits.
7. Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Upgrading to a paid plan starts the 7-day window in section 2.
8. Accounts closed for policy violations
If we suspend or close an account for breaching our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules, fees already paid are not refunded.
9. How to request a refund
Email us at support@tickershare.com from the address on your account, within the applicable window. Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. If you paid through a reseller or app store, their own refund process may also apply.
10. Questions or disputes
If you think you were charged in error, or you are unsure about a charge, email support@tickershare.com before opening a card dispute. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve genuine billing errors quickly.
