Multiple channels and bots

One TickerShare account can run several webhooks, several destination channels and several bots. How many depends on plan.

The building blocks

  • Webhook: a unique URL with its own design, delivery mode and destination. One strategy usually gets one webhook.
  • Destination: a channel or group a bot can post to.
  • Bot: a Telegram bot you created. A bot can serve several destinations.

Common setups

  • One strategy, two channels: create two webhooks pointing at different destinations and add both webhook URLs to the TradingView alert, or duplicate the alert.
  • Different designs per channel: each webhook has its own design, so the VIP channel can run a different look than the free one.
  • Agencies: separate bots per client keep each client's channel fully under its own brand. White-label is an Agency feature.

Plan limits

Webhook, destination and bot counts scale by plan (Trader 3 webhooks and 3 destinations, Provider 10 and 10, Agency unlimited webhooks with 50 destinations). Monthly card volume also scales by plan.

Conditional routing (longs to one channel, shorts to another, route by symbol) is on the roadmap and not live yet.
